Eggs every way

• 14:00 – 17:00 — the post-surf, post-beach crowd. Eggs benedict at 4 PM is a completely normal order here.
• 17:00 – 22:00 — breakfast for dinner. A Champion Breakfast and a glass of something cold is an underrated evening.

The case for breakfast for dinner

There's a reason breakfast food is the most craved category on earth: it's comforting, it's fast, and it hits every note — salt, fat, crunch, softness. On a hot Bali evening, a plate of eggs, sourdough and avocado with an iced matcha can be exactly right in a way that a heavy dinner isn't. And if you do want the full evening menu — schnitzel, fishcakes, tiramisu — that's available from open to close too. Nothing at AVA is time-gated.
